If the total in your shopping basket is over £50, you will qualify for free shipping. Simply select the free shipping option when you proceed to the checkout. This offer only applies to customers within the UK.
Domestic Shipping Services
Once you get to the checkout, you will be offered a range of available postage services to your zone. You can click the postage estimator button in the shopping basket page to see what shipping choices you have and how much postage will cost. Your postage cost and options will vary depending on the total weight and value of the goods in your basket. Unless otherwise stated, postage is charged at cost (we don't add profit to postage) and added to your order total.
Overseas Shipping Services
We welcome shoppers from outside the UK, and we offer a range of UK Royal Mail postage services to locations all over the world! If no postage service is available, please contact us, and we will offer you a specialist courier service.
Our Returns Policy
We take great pride in what we do, and what we offer. All of our shoes, designer-items, and accessories are carefully selected by us in person. We don't expect you to be unsatisfied with your purchase, but if you are we take great care to keep our customers happy.
Incorrect Shoe /Boot Size:
If your shoes or boots don't fit, simply return the un-worn and unused goods back to us in their original packaging by 2nd class recorded delivery within 14 days of purchase. We will then send out the correct size, and we'll even include a cheque to reimburse your postage costs*! If we don't have the right size in stock we will offer you an exchange or you can choose a full refund including your return postage costs*!
I don't like it!!
Although we don't recommend drinking wine whilst using our site, it is easy enough to buy something on the spur of the moment, which when it arrives is not quite what you were expecting! If you don't like what you've bought, simply return the un-worn and unused goods back to us within 14 days in their original packaging, and we'll give you a full, no-questions asked, refund or exchange*.
Currency
All of our stock is listed in UK Pounds, however we accept overseas credit cards, and your order will be charged in your local currency at a rate determined by your credit card company. If you have any queries on postage or payment methods to your particular country, please contact us.
Value Added Tax
All the prices on our website are quoted inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current rate. If you are buying from outside of the European VAT area you may be subject to additional customs duty.
